Oil-free steam engine
In co-operation with universities and suppliers, Spilling developed a technology, making it now possible to run steam engines without traditional cylinder lubrication. And in so doing, Spilling relieves the load of the engine's steam exhaust from lubricating oil and the resulting requisite steam separation systems. Thanks to its non-reliance on oil, the engine's application possibilities are markedly expanded.
